Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All orders are custom-made to order and sales are final.
If your order is lost or damaged, please email hello@coletteperi.com with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
Where do you ship and how long will it take?
We offer free shipping in USA (excluding Alaska/Hawaii). Please allow 3 weeks for your order to arrive.
International shipping will be provided in the future. Stay tuned by subscribing to our email list at the bottom of this page!
What type of paper do you print on?
Prints are made with Epson Hot Press Bright Paper.
- Heavy, bright white base, with a hot press smooth matte surface
- Acid and lignin-free, pH buffered, high D-max, extremely wide color gamut and black density.
- 300 gsm, 17 mil thickness
What material are your frames?
Our natural wood frames are constructed from basswood and feature a light wood grain. Due to natural variances in the wood's color and grain, moulding may vary in color.
